Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we deliver, when, what it costs and what happens when a delivery cannot be completed.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver locally around our counter at 26, Vishnu Patil Niwas, Subhash Road, Navapada, Near Maruti Mandir, Dombivali West, Kalyan, Kalyan-Dombivali (M. Corp.), Thane, Maharashtra 421202. At checkout you enter a delivery address with a PIN code; if we cannot serve that address we will telephone you and cancel the order at no cost to you.

Collection from the counter is always available during opening hours (Mon — Sat 7am — 9pm; Sunday 7am — 1pm).

2. What delivery costs

Delivery is ₹40 on orders below ₹500, and free at ₹500 and above.

The charge is calculated on your order subtotal at the moment you place the order, and is shown to you on the checkout page before you confirm. It is stored on the order, so your order page always shows what you were actually charged.

3. Delivery slots

Because milk, curd and paneer are perishable, we deliver in fixed slots rather than at an arbitrary time. At checkout you choose a delivery date and one of:

• Morning · 6am — 9am
• Evening · 5pm — 8pm

You can book up to 7 days ahead.

Confirming your slot: we telephone you after you order to confirm the delivery slot, so the slot you choose at checkout is a request rather than a guarantee. We will always agree a time with you before delivering.

4. Confirmation

After you place an order it sits at pending until we telephone you on the number attached to the delivery address and confirm it. You can follow the status on your order history page: pending, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered.

5. Cold chain

Fresh dairy travels insulated with ice packs. Please refrigerate everything immediately on arrival. Ghee and dry mithai are stable at room temperature; milk, curd, paneer, lassi, basundi and shrikhand are not.

6. If nobody is there

We ring the mobile number on the order when we arrive. Because these are perishable foods we cannot leave them unattended at a door, and we cannot bring them back and re-sell them. If we cannot hand the order over within the slot, the order is marked cancelled and there is nothing for you to pay — but we may decline to deliver cash-on-delivery orders to an address where this happens repeatedly.

7. Payment on delivery

All deliveries are cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where you can — our delivery staff carry limited change. The amount due is shown on your order page.

8. Delays

Slots can be disrupted by weather, festival demand or a supply shortfall at the dairy. We will telephone you if your order is going to miss its slot, and you may cancel at no cost.

9. Something wrong on arrival
